Is there a question that you couldn’t find an answer to?

What is your return policy?

The buyer will return the product back to New Y Generation Enterprise for inspection. If the return meets our criteria, we will process the return within 5 working days upon receiving the item and you will be notified of the outcome via email or SMS message.


If a request was raised due to non-receipt of item, please do check whether your dispatch team had shipped the item. You can accept the refund if they had not ship the parcel. If you suspect it being lost or delayed shipment, do let us know by providing proof.

Do you offer gift cards?

New Y Generation Enterprise offers free gift cards to their buyers only when the purchase exceeds RM 500. However, free gift packaging service is provided.
